This review is all about Amazon's lack of customer support, not about the camera which happens to be great for it's size and intended use. Between the day that I ordered this camera and before it was shipped there was a price reduction from Canon. After searching for a customer support # for Amazon, which is not easy, I was told by one of their overseas support staff that I would be credited the difference. Great.
I then received an email the following day stating that this is not true and I would have to pay the original price even though everyone else in the country was selling it for less. Not a good business plan on their part.
